Software Development Projects

All deposits are non-refundable once development has begun. The deposit secures your project slot and covers initial discovery, design, and setup work.

If Tevanox fails to deliver the agreed scope, you are entitled to a refund of payments made for undelivered work, evaluated on a pro-rata basis.

Maintenance & Retainers

Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds for partial months.

Consultations

Free 30-minute consultations cost nothing. No payment required.
